Orders

Submitting an order means you are asking Royal Mart to fulfil the items and fulfilment method shown at checkout.

Orders remain subject to product availability, valid customer details and operational availability.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. Product prices, stock status and availability may change.

The final amount shown at checkout is the amount used for the order unless Royal Mart contacts you about an issue that requires a change or cancellation.

Payments

PayNow payments are processed through HitPay. Cash orders are paid when the order is collected or delivered, as applicable.

Do not repeat a payment simply because a page is slow. Use Track Order or contact Royal Mart if you are unsure whether payment was received.

Customer details

Please provide accurate contact, pickup and delivery information. Delays may occur when information supplied with an order is incorrect or incomplete.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout, or use automated activity that disrupts normal service.
